NET OPERATING INCOME: ($0.) *This is a break-even (balanced) budget plan. It is a tool to work from: Income amounts should be seen as goals. If income is lower than budgeted, we will operate at a deficit (higher expenses than income) unless expense items are lower than budgeted by an equal amount.
In 2017 our actual total donations were $13,182.57. In 2018 $11,224.77. In 2019 $7765.46. In 2020 $8652. and after fundraising expenses about $8006.40. In 2021 $6858.59.
We are putting $300./month in rent reserve for the possibility of a future Studio.
A variety of unpredictable factors, such as covid, Leadership Team (LT) decisions, amount of Member donations, number of MSR Manuscript Reviews done, grants received, and number of Master Class tickets sold, are likely to result in outcomes that vary from the Budget.
