Haiku Writing

Welcome!
The monthly Ongoing Haiku Group is a support and sharing group of people interested in writing Haiku and Haibun Poetry. While it is not intended as a basic class in Haiku and Haibun writing it is a place you can share and learn about this unique form of poetry. While no experience is necessary it is recommended that you learn and practice on your own in order to participate in the haiku sharing. For the raw beginner links and free online resources will be provided to educate yourself. For those experienced with Haiku and Haibun poetry this is a safe, supportive place where you can practice, and share. Only positive feedback is permitted.
Over the wintry
Forest, winds howl in rage
With no leaves to blow.
